Pricing

EPCs

For an EPC for a property of up to and including five bedrooms Alpha Energy Assessments offers a flat-rate of £80.

Properties larger than this will need a fee negotiated.

If an EPC is for a property which is a recall (i.e. one that has had an EPC carried out and the owner/vendor has made improvements to enhance the SAP rating) then this service is available at a flat rate of £30.

Discounts are available for large numbers of rented or social housing.

SAP ratings

We offer a time based pricing structure of £50 per hour for an assessment. We will not offer a quote until we have seen the plans so we can judge how long the assessment will take, although we will aim to complete the work within 2 to 4 hours. No extra money will be charged for advice given or minor revisions to meet building regs compliance. If any major changes are required a new quote will be required for the extra work.
